January 2009

So I met up with Greg & Ken today at thebaitshop.ca  Two of the coolest dudes I’ve met in along time. They have great attiudes an amzing space and really community base. They are also part of the Five & Dime trade show GET LIVE. Check it out, Feb 9 to 10th starting at 4pm at 11 Polson St. in Toronto. The Ramp

So after a nice meet with the boys we were able to set a confirmed date for the show, April 25th 2009. Can’t wait’ here’s some pics of the space. Enjoy!  more ramp

I had my camera and completely forgot to take pictues of the guys and space. So, I lifted a couple of photos. Hope you don’t mind?

More pics of the space coming soon

The McCracken’s  These boys were hard at work as always. They run one of Toronto’s finest and respectful companies (Doublenaut). What do they do you might ask? Well they’ll tell you they “design things” but it’s much more than that. McCrackens

I then quickly made my way over to see Mike from Omy Gallery. He’s been pretty busy these past few years helping turn his and other people/artist concepts and ideas in to a collective reality. Super great dude if you ever get the chance to meet. Check him out, Omyminimag.com & Omygallery.com just to name a couple. Oh’ and check out his new piece he’s working on,That's art

I also drop off a deck for Che Kothari. One of the nicest and friendliest cats you’ll ever meet. He’s  also doing a lot of good, like this recent project he’s working on http://themanifesto.ca/project_ninemile.html and you can see more of him at http://www.chekothari.com

I was off to make some deliveries, via the train. Some of my best ideas come from riding the train. I find myself drifting off and coming back just in time to catch my stop.Drifting

Never know what you gonna see, like the Conservative Green Party sandwich board. I didn’t know that party existed in Toronto. Huh?enjoying the view
