This project, believe it or not has been a long time coming! Brad and the TLG crew have been doing skate events for some time now. When we were asked to be a part of the Ridin’ For Riches skate comp last summer we said yeah. Everything went off swimmingly and from there we started talking about the project at hand. After many a parties thrown by them with us as a sponsor and helping spread the word of the gents. We got down to talking about a collaboration. What started out as a completely different project with another artist attached about 9 months ago has made its way here! With Bowman doing a few changes to the concept and delivering some super high-end caricatures of The Gents(TLG) and the Freedom Fighter comrades as Guerillas gorillas holding down the fort. Bowman being Bowman, yet again turned out a pretty amazing piece of art. (Click Deck to Enlarge)

After Bowman had already banged this out I knew I wanted to do stickers and maybe a banner. With this in mind I made a quick email and a few days later we met up for a cup of coffee at Cinnamon Girls. A great little sweets and coffee shop in the west end. Where Bowman has some of his pieces hanging as well. After what seems to be my best meal of the day(a coffee) and good conversation. We exchanged envelopes yet again, and the result was some more art for a shiny new banner that debuted at this years Disposable show and some stickers to coincide with the project at hand.
